Terms & Conditions of Purchase — It Is Easy To Make Money

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing It Is Easy To Make Money (the "Course") from The Visionary Collective Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing this Course, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to the following.

2. Eligibility & course details

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase access. It Is Easy To Make Money is a pre-recorded digital course provided for educational and informational purposes. It includes pre-recorded video training and downloadable materials where applicable, delivered via an online platform for one (1) person's access. There is no live coaching, live support or live teaching element included unless otherwise stated. Access is granted immediately following successful payment.


3. Pricing & payment

The price of the Course is €44 EUR, or such other price as displayed at checkout. The Company may also offer optional additional digital products or order bumps during checkout — including the Decode & Clear Kit at €27 EUR — which are governed by these same Terms unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Access is granted once payment has been successfully received.


4. Refunds and our 14-day guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on It Is Easy To Make Money.

What the guarantee asks of you. This guarantee is for people who have done the work. We ask that you watch the seven lessons, complete the Clearing Process, and work through the exercises in the Companion Workbook. If you have done that and nothing has shifted for you, we will refund you in full.

We take your word for it. When you request a refund we will ask you to confirm that you have worked through the course. We will not ask you to prove it, submit your workbook, or explain what you tried. There is no form and no process to complete.

How to request a refund. Email hello@jodyshield.co.uk from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include your full name and the email address used at order so we can find your purchase quickly. Requests received after 14 days fall outside the guarantee.

What happens next. We will confirm your request by email within two working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider. We do not charge any administration or processing fee.

Access after a refund. Your access to the course and its accompanying materials will be withdrawn once the refund is processed. Any files already downloaded must be deleted and may not be kept, shared or resold.

Your statutory rights. This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them. Because the course is digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you agree at checkout to immediate access; where this affects any statutory right to cancel, our 14-day guarantee applies instead and is intended to be at least as favourable to you.

Bundles and added extras. Where the course is bought together with any additional product, a refund of the course refunds the full amount paid in that transaction unless stated otherwise at checkout.


5. Intellectual property

All Course content, materials, videos, documents, teachings, branding, methodologies and intellectual property remain the sole property of The Visionary Collective Limited. The Course is for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute Course materials; share login details or grant access to others; resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Course; or record, duplicate or teach the Course content as your own. Unauthorised use or distribution may result in removal of access and potential legal action.


6. Access

The Company reserves the right to modify, update or improve Course content at any time, and to suspend or remove access in cases of payment disputes or chargebacks, breach of these Terms, or abusive, unlawful or inappropriate behaviour.


7. Disclaimer

The Course is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice in any form. Any earnings, results or outcomes referenced by Jody Shield, The Visionary Collective Limited, or any clients or customers are aspirational and motivational only and do not indicate your own earning potential. Such results are exceptional and non-typical, and act as no guarantee that you or others will achieve the same. Individual results will always vary and depend on factors beyond our control, including your own circumstances, implementation and experience. Neither the Course nor Jody Shield nor The Visionary Collective Limited makes any financial claim or guarantees any financial gain.


8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Visionary Collective Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of the Course. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.


9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms. If you are purchasing as a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
