Terms of Purchase – Magnificent Money Academy

You are purchasing access for one (1) person to the Magnificent Money Academy from LifeTonic Limited (Jody Shield) “jodyshield.co.uk" (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase access to the Magnificent Money Academy.

The Magnificent Money Product includes recorded content and live calls delivered over an eight (8) month period, course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by the Company (collectively, “content”) and access to a website for members of the Programme (the “site”).

Magnificent Money Academy provides guidance, support, information and/or options to narrow down consumers’ choice, without making any explicit recommendation. It does not provide financial advice in any form. Neither Magnificent Money nor the Magnificent Money Academy, Jody Shield or Lifetonic Limited and its employees make any financial claims or guarantee any financial gain. By purchasing access to the Magnificent Money Academy, you and the Company hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Magnificent Money Academy Product and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Magnificent Money is an 8 month programme that includes 8 modules delivered in pre recorded content each with a follow up live call. The programme commences officially on 1st October 2022 but participants who join before that date will be given access to training content and other resources. From 1st October a new (recorded) money/money mindset focussed unit will be released each month for you to watch and consume in your own time. There will be a monthly Q&A call lasting up to 60 minutes each month for you to ask any questions that you have related to that month’s module and discuss any support that you may need. A 30 minute live tapping session is only included each month. If you miss or are not available to attend any of the monthly live Q&A or Tapping sessions for whatever reason, you will not be offered any alternative time, however, you can watch the replays in your own time (replay available within 24 hours of each live call taking place) and can ask any questions that you have in the private Magnificent Money Telegram community.

PAYMENT POLICY

You are responsible for paying for the Magnificent Money Academy in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or another payment method. If you select to pay in full, you will pay the amount of £1,250 upon sign up - this will be the only payment you need to make. If you select the payment plan, your card will be charged the first payment of £188 upon sign up and 7 subsequent payments of £188 will be charged on the same day of the month for 7 further months, totalling £1,504. You will pay the same price in GBP regardless of your country of purchase. You will be legally obliged to complete and pay all 7 instalments. If you have selected the payment plan and you miss a payment, you will receive a reminder from us. If you fail to make a payment after fourteen (14) days after being reminded, your account will be suspended, and you will immediately lose access to future Modules and Bonuses and your access to the site and all content will be revoked and we may seek legal action. You will also not receive access to future versions of the Programme as it is released until all payments are made in full.

To be clear, Magnificent Money Academy is not a “pay in part” programme where you can pay only for access to certain Modules and not others. This is a full guidance programme, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable. You are expected to pay all 8 instalments and we reserve the right to take legal action should you not complete your payment plan.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Magnificent Money Academy contains proprietary content that is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading Product files to sharing sites is considered theft, and the Company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company provides you with the Magnificent Money Academy Product solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use the Magnificent Money Academy Product or the content available in the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of the Company’s rights or that has not been authorised in writing by the Company.
More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Magnificent Money Academy Product. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

To be clear: please be aware that you may not create derivative works, resource guides, marketing or business materials, source material, intellectual property, websites, blogs, web content, or any other works that reference the Company, LifeTonic limited, Magnificent Money, or the Magnificent Money Academy content, or infringe on any of the Company’s intellectual property in any way. Any material that you create should be focused on your business, not ours. All copyrights in and to the Magnificent Money Academy Product (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) are owned by the Company and/or its licensors, which reserve all their respective rights in law or in equity. The use of the Company’s Magnificent Money Academy product, except as permitted in this agreement, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of the company and others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright and other infringement.

Company trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Magnificent Money Academy product are common law trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. You are granted no right or licence with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks.

The Magnificent Money Academy Product includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive access for use during the live course and in the private member section of the site.

If you would like to take Magnificent Money Academy along with a business partner or collaborator, you will each need to purchase the course individually. Additionally, if you are interested in having your assistant or your entire team take Magnificent Money Academy, a separate membership will need to be purchased for each participating member.

BONUSES

You may be given some extra bonuses as part of your Magnificent Money Academy package. Jody Shield and Lifetonic Limited reserve the right to change any of the bonuses with replacement live trainings or recorded content should they be required to. Your bonuses may not be available immediately after sign up but you will be given access by the end of the 8 month programme. The company reserves the right (but is not obliged) to offer additional bonuses to founding members. All bonuses will be listed on the sign up page for the Magnificent Money Academy.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The Magnificent Money Academy Product is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and does not wish to do so. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age so that it can verify that minors under the age of 18 are not using the Magnificent Money Academy Product.

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of other people that participate in the Magnificent Money Academy Programme (“MMA Participants” or “Programme Participants”).

By purchasing access to the Programme, you agree:

not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of the Company or the Programme Participants;
that any confidential information shared by MMA Participants or any of the Company’s representatives is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or to the Company;
not to disclose such confidential information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other MMA Participants during training sessions;
that all content provided to you by the Company is the Company’s confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property, belongs solely and exclusively to the Company, and may be used by you only as authorised by the Company;
the reproduction, distribution, and sale of the content by anyone other than the Company is strictly prohibited; and
that if you violate, or threaten to violate, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph we will be entitled to, among other things, injunctive relief to prohibit such violations.

While you are free to discuss your personal results from the Programme and training, you must keep the experience and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

MAGNIFICENT MONEY TELEGRAM AREA AND COMMUNITY RULES

No Solicitation of participants within the MMA Member or Telegram Areas:
It is forbidden to turn other MMA Participants into your customers. You are not permitted to offer your services, sell your programmes or products, or invite MMA Participants to join other social networks, groups, or programmes. This is a space for learning and is a pitch-free, solicitation-free, and sales-free environment. Sharing affiliate links within the MMA Member Area is not permitted.
Your failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your participation in the MMA Programme without refund.

THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES

The Company may provide links to third-party materials and websites and establish a Telegram group as a convenience to you and other MMA Participants. These third-party materials and websites are not part of the MMA Programme and they may be either withdrawn or terminated at any time without any liability on the part of the Company. You agree that you will be responsible for all payment and other obligations associated with your use of any and all third-party materials and websites. In addition, you agree that the Company is not responsible for examining and evaluating the content and accuracy of any third-party materials and websites, and the Company does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. You further agree that you will not use any third-party materials and websites in a manner that would infringe or violate the rights of any other party and that the Company will not be liable for your improper use of third-party materials and websites.

REFUND POLICY

Our commitment is to change people’s businesses and lives. Please do not enrol in the Magnificent Money Academy Programme if you are not fully committed. We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Programme, and we expect you to do the same. Magnificent Money Academy is for serious students only. No refunds will be offered by signing up to the Magnificent Money Academy Programme.
