The Human Design and Business Strategy Call
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to participate in a Human Design and Business Strategy call (HD & BS Call) with Jody Shield and to receive information and guidance which could help you with your personal and business growth. By entering into this HD & BS Call, you are responsible for your own experience and your own self-care following the call. Neither Jody Shield, Lifetonic Limited or its employees are responsible whatsoever for any health issues (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) in connection with this HD & BS Call, nor do they guarantee any level of success (including financial, spiritual, personal or business) or positive outcome from this HD & BS Call.
The HD & BS Call provides guidance, support, information and/or options, without making any explicit recommendation. It does not provide financial advice in any form. All information disclosed during the HD & BS Call, including written notes, remains strictly confidential.
Jody Shield, Lifetonic Limited and its employees, will not share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.

Lateness / Cancellation
The call will be up to 60 minutes in length
No alternative time options will be offered for late or missed sessions
If you wish to move your call, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance
Communication
An important part of the coaching and mentoring relationship is the coach's role in providing challenges and encouraging the client to push themselves out of their comfort zone. If Jody Shield says or does something that upsets you or does not feel right, please let her know immediately. It is Jody’s intention to provide you with the service and support you need and believe that honesty and trust are critical for the relationship to grow.
Personal information
In order to get the most from this session, you will be required to provide your date, place and time of birth. If you do not know your time of birth, you can give an estimate, or if you have no idea of the time, you should say so.
It is your responsibility to inform Jody Shield if you have any form of mental illness or are taking any form of medication that you feel she should know about.
Fees
1 x Human Design and Business Strategy Call with Jody Shield at a cost of £750 up front or 2 x individual payments of £450, (one payment upfront and 1 further payment) paid on the same date 30 days after. If you select the instalment plan you are committing to pay the full amount and understand that you cannot opt-out of the payment plan.
An invoice will be supplied if needed for your personal accounts.
Payment
By accepting these terms you agree to be responsible for the full payment of the HD & BS Call, regardless of whether you attend the session or not. This also applies to the split payment plan. No refunds will be issued. Should any issues arise in relation to the payment, you agree to discuss this in advance and to find a solution to paying any outstanding balance.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds
The Human Design and Business Strategy Call and everything included in it (the call, DM messages, etc.) cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
You agree to have read and agreed to the points and agreements above and will honour them during the coaching relationship.
