Expansion Studio Advisory Container
This agreement is between The Visionary Collective Limited (a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 484162, registered office at Kosta Ourani 5, Petoussis Court, 5th Floor, 3085 Limassol, Cyprus) (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”), and you (“the Client”).

These Terms and Conditions relate to your participation in the Expansion Studio Advisory Container (“Programme”). Please read them carefully.

By ticking the acceptance box or signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. THE PROGRAMME
By accepting this agreement, you agree to participate in a six (6)-month advisory and mentoring engagement facilitated by Jody Shield and Abbie Steele, operating under The Visionary Collective Limited (“the Programme”). The Programme includes 1:1 advisory sessions, live group sessions, an in-person intensive, audio briefings, and access to a private content and community hub (“Hub”), as described on the Programme's sales and checkout pages at the time of your purchase.
The Programme may involve mindset, personal development, and energy-based practices designed for educational and self-development purposes, in addition to business, leadership and strategic advisory content. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical, or psychological treatment. You are solely responsible for your well-being, health, and self-care during and after participation. Neither The Visionary Collective Limited, Jody Shield, Abbie, nor any member of the team accepts liability for any mental, emotional, or physical outcomes related to your participation.
You must be 18 years or older to enrol.
The Programme provides business, leadership, and strategic guidance and educational support only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice, nor does it guarantee financial outcomes, business results, or any specific level of growth or revenue.

2. THE 48-HOUR EXPANSION INTENSIVE
As part of the Programme, you will be invited to attend a 48-Hour Expansion Intensive: an in-person, immersive experience (currently planned for Lisbon, Dubai, or a location to be confirmed) focused on transformational breakthroughs in your business, leadership, and enterprise vision.
Meals during the Intensive will be provided as specified by the Expansion Studio team; travel, accommodation, and any other personal expenses are your responsibility.
If you are unable to attend, no alternative date or cash refund will be offered. Dates and locations will be confirmed by the Expansion Studio team in advance.

3. SESSIONS AND SUPPORT
The Programme includes the following core elements over its six (6)-month term:
Enterprise Advisory Sessions with Jody — one live 1:1 advisory session each month.
Twice-Monthly Laser Audit Sessions — two live group troubleshooting sessions each month with Abbie.
Strategic Alignment Session with Abbie — a private 1:1 session early in the Programme.
Enterprise Audit & Growth Blueprint — delivered within your first 14 days of enrolling.
Priority Implementation Support, Founder Audio Briefings, and Strategic Decision Support — provided as described on the Programme's sales/checkout page at the time of purchase.
Expansion Studio Community and Expansion Studio Hub — ongoing access for the duration of the Programme.
Live sessions will take place via Zoom unless stated otherwise, and will last a minimum of 45 minutes.
If you are unable to attend a live session, no replacement session will be offered, but replays will be provided in the Hub, where sessions are recorded.
You may download recordings for personal, non-commercial use before your Programme access ends. After the six (6)-month term, Hub access will be removed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY
You may enrol in the Programme under one of the following Programme Fee options:
€22,000, paid in full at the time of enrolment (“Pay in Full”); or
3 x €8,500, billed monthly (“Payment Plan”), totalling €25,500.
Enrolling on the Payment Plan constitutes a binding commitment to pay all three instalments in full. This is not a subscription or membership that can be cancelled part-way through, and you are legally obliged to complete all instalments regardless of attendance or completion of the Programme.
All prices are charged in EUR (€) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
If payment issues arise, you agree to communicate promptly to find a resolution. Failure to complete any agreed payments may result in revoked access and referral for recovery if unresolved.
Invoices can be provided upon request.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
By purchasing this Programme, you acknowledge that it contains digital content and begins immediately upon payment (including access to the Hub). Therefore, you expressly waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials within the Programme—including videos, written content, tools, methods, frameworks, and designs—are the intellectual property of The Visionary Collective Limited and/or its licensors. These are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Programme or Hub.
You may reference your personal experience or learnings publicly but may not reproduce proprietary frameworks or confidential materials.

7. BONUSES
Bonuses may be included as part of your Programme package. The Visionary Collective Limited reserves the right to substitute bonuses of equivalent or greater value at its discretion.
Where a bonus includes an in-person retreat or event, travel, accommodation, and related costs are not included. Attendance is non-transferable, and no alternative will be offered if you cannot attend.

8. PRIVACY, DATA PROTECTION & CONFIDENTIALITY
The Visionary Collective Limited complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in Cyprus, and, where applicable to Clients based in the UK, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We respect your privacy and require that you do the same for all participants. You agree not to share any confidential or personally identifiable information of other participants outside the Programme.
Any health-related information you voluntarily share will be treated as sensitive personal data and processed only with your explicit consent and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
By participating, you consent to being recorded in live sessions for the purpose of replays and internal training.

9. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS & WEBSITES
The Programme may include links to third-party materials or community platforms (including the Expansion Studio Community and any associated messaging groups) for convenience. These are not controlled or endorsed by the Company. The Visionary Collective Limited accepts no responsibility for any third-party content, materials, or services accessed via such links.
You are responsible for your use of third-party websites and for complying with their respective terms.

10. DISCLAIMER
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Visionary Collective Limited, its employees, contractors, and representatives (including Jody Shield and Abbie) make no guarantees regarding your business, financial, or personal outcomes. You are solely responsible for your results, which depend on factors including your skill, effort, background, and circumstances.
Testimonials and success stories are illustrative examples only and do not represent typical results.
The Programme does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You agree to seek independent professional advice where necessary.
You participate entirely at your own risk.

11. TERMINATION
The Visionary Collective Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these Terms, behave abusively, or act in a way that disrupts the Programme.
If the Company terminates the Programme for any reason other than your breach, you will receive either equivalent support or a pro-rated refund for undelivered services.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, technical issues, or government restrictions.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire understanding between you and The Visionary Collective Limited and supersedes all prior discussions or communications. No oral agreements will be valid unless confirmed in writing.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by all conditions set out above. You are fully committed to participating in the Programme and taking full responsibility for your experience and results.
